How to Make a Transaction

  1. Select the user — Navigate to the user you want to create a transaction for.

  2. Choose transaction type — On the transaction page, select the transaction type (transfer, onramp, or offramp).

  3. Click New — Select the New button on the right side of the page.

  4. Enter transaction details — Enter the amount, then select the source and destination wallets.

  5. Review and submit — Review the transaction details and click Create to submit.

HIFI supports transfer approvals for multi-party authorization on transactions. Key points:

  • Supported transactions: Wallet transfers, batch transfers, bridging, and offramps (not onramps)

  • Dashboard flow: Member-initiated transfers require Admin approval; Admin-initiated transfers execute immediately

  • Workflow: Transfer enters PENDING_APPROVAL → Admin approves/rejects → Executes or cancels
