Additional information requested—check your compliance email

INCOMPLETE

Submitted data needs updates—fix flagged items and resubmit

ACTIVE

Approved—user can use the rail

REJECTED

Permanently denied—resubmission not permitted

Troubleshooting KYC Issues

INCOMPLETE Status:

  1. Check reviewResult in each compliance category for DECLINED items

  2. Read the comment field for specific guidance

  3. Use Update KYC or Add/Update Document endpoints to fix issues

  4. Call Submit KYC to trigger a new review

Common Rejection Reasons:

  • BAD_PROOF_OF_IDENTITY - Document not acceptable or expired

  • Missing required fields (phone, nationality, tax ID)

  • Document quality issues (blurry, cropped, illegible)

Document Requirements:

  • File types: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG

  • Max size: 10 MB per file

  • Color photo, all corners visible

  • Dated within 3 months (proof of address)
