Common KYC Statuses

PENDING | Moving through automated compliance checks |
MANUAL_REVIEW | Compliance team manually reviewing |
RFI_PENDING | Additional information requested—check your compliance email |
INCOMPLETE | Submitted data needs updates—fix flagged items and resubmit |
ACTIVE | Approved—user can use the rail |
REJECTED | Permanently denied—resubmission not permitted |

Common Rejection Reasons:
BAD_PROOF_OF_IDENTITY- Document not acceptable or expiredMissing required fields (phone, nationality, tax ID)
Document quality issues (blurry, cropped, illegible)
Document Requirements:
File types: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG
Max size: 10 MB per file
Color photo, all corners visible
Dated within 3 months (proof of address)
