Users
Individuals or businesses on the HIFI platform. Every transaction is associated with a user.
Wallets
Custodial wallet addresses provisioned automatically when a user is created. Available on multiple chains (Polygon, Ethereum, Solana, Base) and ready immediately for sending and receiving crypto.
KYC (Know Your Customer)
Verification required to unlock fiat rails (USD, EUR, etc.) for onramps and offramps.
KYB (Know Your Business)
Verification for business users to unlock fiat rails. Similar to KYC with additional requirements for legal entities.
Rails
Payment corridors that enable payins or payouts to specific regions (e.g., USD Rail, Global Network Rail, Africa Rail). Each rail has different KYC requirements.
Onramps
Convert fiat to stablecoins. Users deposit fiat via bank transfer to a virtual account. HIFI converts and delivers it to their wallet.
Transactions
We support five types of transactions:
Transfers: Move crypto from one wallet to another wallet
Onramps: Convert fiat currency to stablecoins
Offramps: Convert stablecoins to fiat currency
Bridging: Move assets from one blockchain to another
Swaps: Exchange one stablecoin for another stablecoin
Virtual Accounts
Virtual accounts receive fiat deposits (onramps).
External Accounts
Global accounts to send fiat withdrawals.
Offramps
Convert stablecoins to fiat. Users send stablecoins from their wallet, HIFI converts and sends fiat to their registered bank account.
