Verifying Individual users (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the verification process required to unlock fiat rails (USD, EUR, etc.) for onramps and offramps.

KYC Process

1. Update KYC info – Provide personal info (name, address, phone, tax ID, etc.)

2. Upload documents – Submit identity documents (passport, driver's license, ID card)

3. Submit KYC – Send application for review

4. Check status – Monitor approval (CREATED → PENDING → ACTIVE or REJECTED)

Submit KYC Information

1. Navigate to Users in the left-hand menu.

2. Click Create User and select the newly created profile.

3. Go to the Compliance tab under the user.

4. Enter the required KYC information.

5. Review the required documents list and upload each document.

KYC must be submitted separately for each rail you want to unlock. Each rail (USD, Global Network, Africa, etc.) has its own compliance requirements. Submitting KYC for one rail doesn't automatically unlock others—you'll need to complete verification for each rail your users need access to.
