Create a User

HIFI supports two user types:

Both types receive automatic wallet provisioning on supported blockchains upon creation. The main differences are in KYC/KYB requirements:

Individuals need identity documents, proof of address, and personal info

Businesses need incorporation documents, beneficial owner info, and business documentation

Creating a User in the Dashboard

  1. Go to the Users tab in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the New button in the top-right corner.

  3. Fill out the required user details (name, email, date of birth, address, etc.) and submit the form.

  4. Once submitted, the new user will appear in your Users list. A wallet is automatically provisioned for them on all supported networks.

Key takeaway: Unverified users can do all crypto operations immediately. To unlock fiat rails, users must complete KYC verification for the specific rail they want to use.

Regional Restrictions

HIFI does not provide services to users or businesses from sanctioned and high-risk regions or unsupported US states. See Regions for supported regions.
