Handling KYC failures

Here's how KYC failures work in HIFI:

KYC Status: INCOMPLETE

When KYC is rejected but can be fixed, the status becomes INCOMPLETE.

How to resolve:

  1. Navigate to the Compliance tab

  2. Review the flagged fields that need updates

  3. Correct the information and save

  4. Resubmit for review

The application will re-enter the compliance review process.

KYC Status: REJECTED

When KYC is permanently denied, the status becomes REJECTED.

Common Rejection Reasons
